You can help. The museum needs uniforms, bomb sights, sextants, link trainers, parts for link trainers, manuals for link trainers, class books, orders, books dealing with flying or aviation cadets, photographs, wings, medals aircraft, aircraft parts, aircraft manuals, gun turrets, manuals for gun turrets, in short, anything you may have that could be used in our displays.
Remember we are a 501©(3) not-for-Profit organization and any contributions are tax deductible.
We are also now accepting pledges for the 1 of 1,000 founders wall.
Those who pledge, and pay, a minimum of $1,000 over a twelve-month period will have their names, class, and wife’s first name, engraved on the founders wall at Silver Wings Field. We still have some space left for this class of donor.
The 1 of 100 names will be in the white star in the center of the wall. These are the visionaries who, at the convention, agreed to donate the money to purchase the 72 acres to build the field on. This class of donor is all sold out. (This is a tax-deductible donation, not an investment!)
The 1 of 1,000 names will be in the blue field around the star. (See below)
Both groups of Founders will receive lifetime admission for themselves and their wives, to Silver Wings Field. They will have lifetime membership in the Aviation Cadet Museum, Inc. (Others pay $25.00 annual dues) and will also receive a handsome wall certificate suitable for framing. We also have more donation opportunities for larger amounts, please contact us for details.
